The Onboarding process initiates with the mandatory Business Associate Agreement outlined by HIPAA. This agreement, forged between our entities, guarantees adherence to the HIPAA Security Rule. This rule sets forth national standards to safeguard electronic personal health information generated, received, utilized, or upheld by a covered entity.
